"I first worked with Sally before the birth of my third child. I wanted to improve the organisation and efficiency of daily life at home. To the outside world we weren’t doing too badly and on the surface all looked well. However we had bought a house, renovated it, had three children between working - all in a relatively short space of time.
"My husband worked long hours and was often away and when you are in your own home environment you lose the objectivity and energy to implement changes that can have a HUGE impact on daily life. Sally came in like a fairy godmother - re-organised cupboards, created better systems, decluttered items that you wouldn’t normally identify as clutter (who needs 3 measuring jugs?) - but items I clearly didn’t need or use. She encouraged me to let go of physical things which although had value, were taking up valuable storage space.

"Thank you for all the help you have given me over the years in sorting out my 6 bedroom house. We had to go through everything from fridge magnets to bank statements (why did we have so many?) You were particularly helpful with going through receipts for the business and cataloguing them. As for the furniture, clothes, books, etc you were full of wisdom and sensible advise.
"When I later moved to London you were equally sharp-eyed and discerning. In fact when lockdown is over, can you please come down and help me clear out my garage?"
